The second concept store, the bowling alley concept. There is 2 ways of customer can purchase; online purchase or walk-in store purchase.

• Display monitor on the counter will display data such as product, price, expiry date, and important nutrition details

The Concept

1. Online Order

• Payment rules: Visa / MasterCard, and Touch n Go for only walk-in
• A secure PIN code or Barcode will given for ordered item or payment made
• Ready to collect except  frozen food.
• 2 mode: Pay Online or Pay at Counter

     2.  Walk-In Store

• Customer select product at the counter via Screen Monitor
• Payment rules: Visa / MasterCard, Touch n Go, or Cash
•  Wait for about 1-5 minute for collection

Walk-In      →      Select and Order      →     Payment      →     Collect

Advantages:

• Fast, convenience, and safe payment
• Safe time 
• Prevent shoplifting 

Disadvantages:

• Required man power at warehouse to prepare customer's order
• Walk-in customer may took time to select product at the counter
